Easy to use and painless are not always terms used to describe hair removal butPhilips SatinPerfect Epilatoris pretty close to being the perfect at home body hair removal system. Depending on your pain factor you will feel a bit the first few times but no more than waxing, you just get used to it. Back in the early 90's I owned an epilator (the one with coils) now that sucker hurt, used it once and never again. So, I knew I had to try the newest modern version. Not only did thePhilips SatinPerfectnot have wire coils but its head is made of textured ceramic discs...sounds gentler too! Better yet you not only get the epilator head but a shave attachment for sensitive areas like your underarm and bikini line (unless of course your brave enough to use the epilator head for those areas...moiwas just not ready).

I had a Philips epilator around 8 years ago (in England). It had the same rotating disk head (not sure if it was ceramic) and it came with an ice pack for de-sensitising before epilating.
Reply删除I find epilators give me ingrown hairs for leg hair - and for arms, waxing strips are just so much faster. I do epilate my underarms, but I use this Emjoi product - it is tiny and battery operated - great for travelling with:

I like all the add-ons your reviewed epilator had - like the wire-free option and opti-light!
What's a skin stretcher?
I can't believe you got an ice pack to use LOL!! Skin stretcher is the Hair Primer attachment, it lifts hair so easier for removal.
Reply删除我只是shave my legs..:) i almost cried when i tried to epilate them when i wa younger.. it was a trauma.. never got over it haha:) i'm just lucky idon't have to shave them every day, cuz my hair grows back really slowly..

I bought an epilator years ago when I lived in Australia... I think it's the same brand the commenter above mentioned - I believe it's called Emjoi Gently!
Reply删除Still works great (although I'm on hiatus from it for a while as I'm using the Silk'n at-home laser system). I found it best for underarms as it just took too long on legs and I hate not having 100% smooth legs. It does hurt on the underarms at first but you get used to it the more you do it. I love that it lasts way longer than shaving!
